How to Redact Texts in Zendesk Tickets



Guide

  1. On the Views tab, open the specific ticket you want to edit.

  2. After that, find the message that contains sensitive information you want to redact. Click on the 'More Options' button next to it.

  3. Tap 'Redact' afterwards.

  4. Following that, highlight the texts and then click 'Mark For Redaction'.

  5. Finally, click 'Redact' to proceed.

  6. After completing these steps, the highlighted text will be redacted immediately.
