Guide

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for Jira Software Cloud and select it.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Issue", "Updated Issue", or "Issue Transitioned".

5. Connect your Jira account.

6. Select the project and status to track.

7. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the Jira event correctly.

8. Add Datadog as the Action App.

9. Select an action event.

10. Connect Datadog, map Jira fields to metrics, test the sync, and click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
