1. Open your survey by clicking the ellipsis icon.

2. Click 'Edit survey' to add the mp3 file.

3. In the question text or text block, add your question and click the media icon located at the formatting toolbar.

4. To insert the mp3 file, select 'Embed'.

5. Copy the embed code for the audio player and paste the embed code in the empty field.

6. Click 'OK' to confirm the action.

7. That's it! You have successfully added the mp3 file in SurveyMonkey.
