✏️ Edit a LiveDemoBlur & Hide Data

Blur & hide data

Check every screen for personal or confidential data before you publish.

HTML screens

Edit text panel on a table cell with Blur element checked, the cell's name blurred in the demo, and Cancel and Apply buttons
  1. Select a step on the screen, click Edit in the toolbar and click the element.
  2. Click Blur element to blur it, or Hide element to remove it.
  3. Click Apply, then Done.

Or replace the text with a fake value, see Edit page content. Replacing often looks better than blurring.

Screenshot and video screens

  • Re-capture the screen as an HTML demo and blur it there.
  • Edit the image in an image editor and add it back with Upload, then delete the old screen.
  • Use a demo account with sample data next time. See Recording tips.
