Embed popups
An embed popup shows any embed code inside the demo: a booking calendar, a survey, a video or a third-party form. Available on paid plans.
Add one
- Hover between two steps and click Add popup.
- Set Popup Type to embed.
- Paste the embed code into Embed HTML.
- Optional: Show overlay and pick an Overlay Color to dim the screen behind it.
Allow the embed
LiveDemo demos block third-party content by default. Add the provider to the demo's Content Security Policy. For Cal.com:
frame-src https://app.cal.com; script-src https://app.cal.com
If the embed shows blank, a missing CSP entry is almost always the reason.
Ideas
| Embed | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Calendly / Cal.com inline widget | "Book a demo" without leaving the demo |
| Typeform or Tally | A short survey at the end |
| YouTube, Vimeo or Loom | A founder intro or a customer story |
| HubSpot meetings | Booking into your sales team's calendars |
