What is LiveDemo?
LiveDemo is a product experience platform that helps you create interactive demos, product tours, and tutorials to accelerate product-led growth.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Startup plan is free forever for 1 creator, and Pro and Growth come with a 7-day free trial.
What plans are available?

Can I self-host LiveDemo?
Yes, for free on every plan. LiveDemo is open source under the MIT license. The livedemo-deploy repository runs the full stack with Docker Compose.
The Business plan adds whitelabel (remove the LiveDemo watermark) and dedicated support, starting at 10 creators. You choose whether LiveDemo hosts it for you or you host it yourself. Whitelabel is paid in both cases and is not included in free self-hosting.
Demos & Content
How many demos can I create?
3 published demos on Startup. Unlimited on every paid plan.
Can I use custom branding?
Yes. Every plan can set colors, fonts and your own logo (Design). Any paid plan can remove the LiveDemo watermark.
Analytics
What analytics are included?
- Views and unique users

- Engagement and completion rates

Can I export analytics data?
Yes. Export your leads with Analytics → Leads → Export CSV. To stream AI Demo Agent events to your own systems, use webhooks.
Security & Privacy
Is LiveDemo GDPR compliant?
Yes. We:
- Only collect lead data that viewers submit in a form you add
- Don't set cookies in the demo player, and respect Do Not Track
- Handle data export and deletion requests
- Provide data processing agreements

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit
- Hosted on Google Cloud Platform and AWS, whose infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II audited
- Data encryption at rest
Prefer to keep everything on your own servers? Self-host LiveDemo.
Why does the Chrome extension ask to "read and change all your data"?
So it can capture a demo on any site you open. It only captures after you click Start recording. See Chrome extension permissions.
Do you support SSO?
Yes. SAML single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace is part of the Growth plan, with domain verification and optional enforcement. See Single sign-on.
Can I connect LiveDemo to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor?
Yes, with the LiveDemo MCP server at https://mcp.livedemo.ai/mcp. Claude.ai and ChatGPT sign in with OAuth, and Cursor and Claude Code use an API key. See MCP server.
Can I use my own domain for demo links?
Yes, on the Growth plan. Add a subdomain such as demos.acme.com with one CNAME record. See Custom domain.

Can I create custom integrations?
Yes. Use signed webhooks for AI Demo Agent events, the agent's JavaScript API on your site, HubSpot forms in popups, or the step events of an embedded demo.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on any plan!
How do I change plan or cancel?
