Integrations
Integrations live in Settings → Integrations. Only the workspace Admin can connect them (see roles).

HubSpot
Connect
- Open Settings → Integrations and turn on HubSpot.
- Sign in to HubSpot in the new tab and approve access for your HubSpot account.
To disconnect, turn the switch off. Syncing stops right away. To fully revoke access, also uninstall LiveDemo under Connected apps in HubSpot.
What syncs
- Demo leads: when a viewer submits a standard lead form, LiveDemo creates or updates the HubSpot contact with their email, first name and last name. All other form answers stay in Analytics → Leads.
- AI Demo Agent leads: when a conversation ends and the visitor left an email, LiveDemo creates or updates the contact and adds a note with:
- the conversation summary, topics and buying intent;
- the demos the visitor watched;
- the visitor's qualification answers and qualified status;
- unanswered questions;
- a Replay link to the session in LiveDemo and the shareable recap link.
Use a HubSpot form in a demo
- Add a popup and set Popup Type to Form.
- Set Form Type to hubspot.
- Pick your form in Select form. The list comes from your connected HubSpot account.
Submissions go straight to HubSpot, like any HubSpot form on your site, and the demo moves to the next step.
Slack
- Open Settings → Integrations → Webhooks & Slack and click Add Slack.
- Create a Slack incoming webhook: at api.slack.com/apps, click Create New App → From scratch, open Incoming Webhooks and click Add New Webhook to Workspace.

https://hooks.slack.com/services/...URL and pick the events.
Events: Lead created, Lead qualified, Conversation ended, Meeting booked and Recap forwarded. See Webhooks & Slack.
Webhooks (Zapier, Make, your backend)
Click Add webhook in Settings → Integrations → Webhooks & Slack, paste an HTTPS URL (for example a Zapier "Catch Hook" or a Make webhook) and pick the events. LiveDemo sends signed JSON and retries failed deliveries 5 times. Payloads, signature verification and retries are covered in Webhooks & Slack.
Calendly and Cal.com
Set in each AI Demo Agent, not in Settings: open the agent, go to Persona, paste your link in Book a meeting URL and turn on Open Calendly / Cal.com inside the demo pane. The booking page opens prefilled with the visitor's name and email. See Qualification & Booking.
Google Analytics 4 and Segment
On the Growth plan, click Add GA4 or Add Segment in Settings → Webhooks, Slack & server-side analytics to send demo views, completions, leads and agent events server-side. On any plan, the AI Demo Agent widget forwards events to gtag, dataLayer or analytics.track on your page. See Google Analytics and Segment.
MCP server
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code at https://mcp.livedemo.ai/mcp with OAuth or an API key from Settings → API keys & MCP. See MCP server.
