Public & private access
Every demo has one switch: Share → Public access.
| Public access | Who can view |
|---|---|
| On | "Anyone with the link can view": public link, embeds and custom links |
| Off (default) | "Only you can view this demo": you and your workspace members, signed in |
Turning it off is instant. The public link, every embed and every custom link stop loading for viewers.
Preview before you publish
Click Preview in the editor header. The demo opens in a new tab, exactly as viewers will see it.
What isn't available
- Password protection
- Link expiry dates
- Limiting which websites can embed a demo (that exists for AI Demo Agents only)
For internal-only demos, keep Public access off and share the editor link with your workspace members. See Team & workspaces.
