• Conversation insights: every session gets a summary, topics, buying intent and a list of unanswered questions. These show in Analytics → AI Agents
• Qualification questions: the agent asks your questions one at a time and records the answers. Your own rules decide who is qualified
• Inline booking: Calendly and Cal.com open inside the demo pane, prefilled with the visitor's name and email. Can be limited to qualified visitors
• Webhooks & Slack: signed webhooks and Slack alerts for lead.created, lead.qualified, session.ended, meeting.booked and recap.viewed
• HubSpot for agent leads: contacts are created or updated with a conversation note (summary, demos watched, answers, replay link)
• Whole-website crawling: sitemap or link crawl with JavaScript rendering, tables and alt text kept, re-read every 24 hours, unchanged pages skipped
• Extraction preview: see exactly what the agent reads from each page, with warnings for pages with little text
• Knowledge gaps: unanswered questions grouped by topic, with an Add FAQ button that drafts the answer
